RESERVATION INFORMATION
Please read the following information before making a reservation.

[HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS]
STEP1
please check for rooms availability, send your details and requirements by e-mail.

STEP2
to hold a reservation, please fill out the reservation form along with a 10,000 japanese yen
prepaid deposit (All advance reservations require the 10,000yen prepaid deposit but You can look what rooms
we have before you pay the prepaid deposit . please make an appointment to view the Shrek Watta House)

[DEPOSIT]:
A prepaid deposit of 10,000 japanese yen is required in order to confirm a reservation. The deposit
can be paid by Online payment service(PAYPAL) or Wire/Bank transfer. The balance is due upon arrival.
[CONFIRMATIONS]:
Confirmation of your reservation will be made upon receiving deposit. When we receive the deposit, we can
send you your confirmation letter by e-mail, fax or postal mail, as well as a detailed check-in procedure.
[CANCELLATIONS]:
Reservations must be canceled 168 hours(7days ago), otherwise $66(U.S. dollar) will be charged
to the deposit.
